Try Oreo version of launcher and don't forget to install google app if you are using pico version of gapps .. With stock version of gapps new version of launcher work for me

Using latest version of. Jio 4g voice available on play store. Working dual SIM Jio and idea . And I used and volte working in 5.1 and Oreo aex 5.7 . if volte is not. Working in ur all version then go back to stock using Lenovo Moto assistant with rescue option. And then flash custom rom 8.1.0...
