I'm from Israel but the phone is not bought in Israel. i bought the phone on Ebay. I was tried to flash the UK unbranded version and still get the same error. How can I see the region of the Rom that I have now on the phone?

I was trying to flash other stock ftf and still get the same error. i need to download a specific ftf file? i know about the version of the device (D6503) but maybe i didn't download good stock FTF file. can you advice about the ftf i need to download?

now after I finish to install the rom the device won't turn on at all. when I press the power button I feel vibration but nothing happen after that. I had to flash again the rom with the flashtool and rooted him again. I need to be on rom 4.4.4 to install this rom?
