We are in the same boat. I think (and in my experience) the "battery drain" fix won't work in this case (if you are considering it). You can try the JIG/JTAG solution (sorry if I don't link to anything, not on my computer at the time, but you can search about it, although, there's not much info...

    Post [ROM][JB][AOSP][ALPHA] Android 4.1.1 - Jelly Bean - [GT-P7510][SCH-I905]

Yes, I'm aware of it, I was using TWRP. I already made a build of TWRP with pershoot's and entropy's fix for that particular bug. Thanks for the tip. I tried something similar, but with real resistors and looking to the pinout of the circuit (I don't have a cable, so I did it directly), but no...

It has a kernel fix from pershoot, if you are using the last version, you should change to this one (one report that it's working fine, but I'm waiting for more confirmations).

Updated for GT-P7510 - [09/Sep/2012], This build has the kernel fix (from pershoot) for the eMMC bug. If you had the last build for the GT-P7510, you SHOULD flash this version (via Odin) Flashable zip in TWRP or CWM -> openrecovery-twrp-2.2.2.0-gt-p7510.zip md5: b89bc408df26fd55f687e69753c141db...

I wasn't using this ROM, but don't worry, it doesn't have anything to do with a ROM, is just a possible (uncommon) outcome of flashing anything, hence the disclaimer in every ROM/something about how flashing things is your responsibility.

I was flashing a gapps zip, it got stuck there and puff, dead.

"Sad news everyone" My tablet is dead, bricked and I can't bring it back with any conventional method, so I guess it'll have to go to a repair center (if the price isn't prohibitive). That means, no updates until I get it back. Sorry about that.

Post [FIX] Fixing your bricked/black screen DSOD/broken nvflash Tab

Do you know how to do that (the "download mode directly" part) ?

No, you need to use pershoot's sources ( github.com/pershoot ), use the temp-ics branch for the moment, as is still under development, but it works fine.

Post [FIX] Fixing your bricked/black screen DSOD/broken nvflash Tab

I have this horrible problem. I'll try this method to fix it, but after reading it all, I'm not 100% sure, will this work with a locked bootloader? I mean, the part of flashing with nvflash is absolutely necessary (with fastboot it'll be pretty easy) or just the "battery drain" part of it (and...

The latest GT-P7510 version is already using pershoot's 3.1 kernel.

Forgot to add "Future telling" to the ROM features =D Kidding aside, that'll be fixed in the next build.

The only thing that I can test that isn't working is the keyboard dock. Docking the tablet start the clock app. Logs of docking/undocking the tablet are attached:

I'm sorry for the lack of updates, I've had some problems with my main computer and also other things to do, but I'll update the ROM soon (not sure when exactly, but soon). For those of you with SOD problems, try with nakedninja42's possible solution (read the entire post before doing...
