I can't stress this enough: this unit, as it is from the factory, is GARBAGE. You should definitely root it and install Joying Tools. It will be a whole new device.

This is true. Guess I'm going back to 15. I couldn't get 16 to keep wifi on when listening to music.

I had 15, 16 didn't work for me. But I did a factory reset, and then installed. Everything seems fine now, but performance appears to be worse off.

Just installed it. Upon boot, a message poped up saying there's an internal error in the device, and that I should contact the maker (Lenovo). The message appeared once more before setup. Let's see how it goes now. Has someone else experienced this?

Just a bit of info for the Zhang unit owners out there: if you try to install a Music Player mod using JET latest version, your default music player will be gone and there will be nothing in its place. At least that is what happened to my unit. I won't miss it; PowerAmp is running smoothly now...
