Post [HACK] Removing keyguard and other security policy restrictions from Email apk

AHHH *face palm*. You are correct, thanks buddy. All seems to work now. For those of you who didn't get that, download the ADB files and replace them in /lib/ folder of the patcher

Post [Toolkit] Wug's Nexus Root Toolkit v. 2.1.9

Confused, does the toolkit say your drivers are correctly installed. If they aren't, I think you can get the drivers pretty easily using PDAnet. Not sure if this will help, but this is how I rooted my stock 4.1.2 nexus 7. 1) Opened toolkit (I ran it as admin and disabled my antivirus stuff...

Post [Toolkit] Wug's Nexus Root Toolkit v. 2.1.9

Just tried your app on my 4.1.2 nexus 7. Worked like a charm without having to flash the old bootloader. FYI: I used the usb2 ports at the front of my computer. Looking forward to using your app on my galaxy nexus :). Keep up the good work!

Post [TOOLKIT] SKIPSOFT ANDROID TOOLKIT - NEXUS 7 - Drivers, Root, Recovery + MORE

Sort of same boat here. I was on 4.1.1 (rooted with this toolkit). Took the OTA for 4.1.2, but have lost root. I still have superuser on my N7. When the update is released, can I just select "root" again or do I need to do anything else. Cheers!

Post 720p mkv hi10p playback with subtitles

Have been exploring the ability on my phone with ES explorer and different media players. 8 bit 720p mkvs work perfectly. 10 bit just falls about for me though on a GNEX with just about every player. Obviously there is a difference in processing power though. Keen to know if anyone gets it...

Thread 720p mkv hi10p playback with subtitles

Hi all, I'm looking to play 720p mkv hi10p videos with embedded subtitles on my Nexus 7. I'll probably want to be doing this by streaming it off a computer or accessing a Samba share. Does anyone know if this is possible?. Trying to toss up my purchase with the knowledge that its easy /...

Post What Radio Are You Using? (Australians)

I'm using XXLA2 with Optus. It's better than the original KK6 for me in terms of reception I think. I haven't really tried changing the radios just because I don't really have any reliable way of benchmarking them lol. Keen to get an answer here

I've currently got the Franco App. It is pretty awesome, I was just scared to use it with other kernels. I may actually give the Glados Kernel and app a try later this week :)
