wouldn't bother, they want you to buy the item. then they will give you a paypal payment to cover the cost. So doubtful you will get the money back

Just thought i would make a threat to address the google maps being laggy / unresponsive. It can usually be fixed by changing the display to HD+ mode if this was bugging anyone like it was myself.

Yeah no case at all. I thought it was inside the part with the sim tool as that part of the packaging was quite thick, but only had the warranty card plus the quick start guide. Edit: Spoke to EE and apparently their model does not come with a case. Model i have is CLT-L09

Just received mine, didnt have a case included like ive seen in reviews etc. And my lord google maps is horridly slow, it appears to hang up every time you press the search bar or an item on the map for about 3-5 seconds. hoping this is fixed easily otherwise ill have to return it as im a heavy...
