I'm gonna flash again with same or some other Rom, cz I've been looking for a logical reason behind this and i came up with this answer, this rom is using too much of resources leaving no space for other background process resulting in hanging Mobile Apps and services.

Did this already, no luck! I think there is some kind of app working in background which is stopping fb, or not letting enough space for fb to run.

From where i can see it, u can just flash it with stock Rom or another as u like, cz the other option is what u have tried already.
