The main appeal to me is the water resistance but not knowing if the battery will die fairly rapidly like the note 4 battery pretty much counters that with it being not removable. Ill probably wait and see if the next nexus iteration has water resistance.

Thanks for the tip, it was a little difficult to do, due to being on kitkat but it worked and i haven't had any sprint data issues since.

Pre-ordered due to its screen proportion and size. I think 9 inch 4:3 is just perfect. Well maybe 3:2 is perfect but 4:3 is way better than the 16:10 and 16:9's we have been getting until now.

My nexus 5 went into a bootloop today and after i tried plugging and holding everything for hours i took wjng's advice, held vollume down and power at the same time and slammed it down onto a table and it stayed on the bootloader finally. Time to flash a stock rom and pray i guess.

I was able to contact their customer support and get a refund in the span of about 30 min, which is nice since it has been getting pretty noticable recently. It is to bad as i like the colored cases a lot. Maybe ill just use this one getting discolored for a few months then have a bright red one...

There are a couple reasons Like me, someone may be not up for a new contract yet so the only option is to buy outright. Someone maybe at the end of their contract and want to go month to month which sprint will do if a customer doesn't renew the contract. If i wasn't only a year into this...

Sprint doesn't offer plan breaks like that. Whatever plan you are on costs the same if or if not you buy a subsidized phone.

Same here for no internet at all. Strangely enough though it worked right after i flashed it but now it is gone. I reflashed RC2 and it was still gone so now i am flashing to RC1. I am using gapps 9/26 edit: and we're back online.
