I'd do a clean install. My 920C didn't experience all of these issues. Only the hotspot didn't work.

Usb tethering to a laptop works Battery is the same as expected. Doesnt discharge too fast and is not hot SPen will work with third party apps like squid. As always, all Samsung apps are gone

I don't think there are any. So far I haven't seen any rebadged MMA85 compatible ports.
