Thanks for the quick reply. The problem may have something to do with my modem. I'm in Canada with virgin who users bells towers so I use the bell modem. When I installed broken it said it didn't officially recognize the modem. I have great data but I've had call problems and my network shows...

Woohoo! I went with Broken OS and I absolutely love it! Only issue so far is the wallpaper occasionally resetting. A minor issue which I'm sure I'll figure out sooner or later. More than I can say for Windows 10 lol. Thanks so much!

My note seems to be unable to use dialogue mode. I have no Qualcomm USB Options. Also I still can't get QNVTools to read any data off my phone. Is the program known to work with the SGH-I717?

It's asking you to use your FB or Gmail account as your account for the site. I just gave them the Gmail I use for spam sites and it started right away.

I was having a similar problem. Turns out my phone was reported lost. Make sure to check your IMEI folks!
