i don't think the purpose of this thread is to have statistics about kernels and if you read just the posts from this thread you'll surely find there are people on stock roms that have problems.

I'm on custom rom, but I don't think the problem is related to rom or kernel

I ve tried 3.2 and the issue remains. Switched to fm2.0 ondemand and the situation was the same. Removed the 2 TB scripts and now is down scaling to 100, so is fine. Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
