For real idk whether it will boot on L-09 i tested it on L-04 and it booted fine..as u own L-09 u need to use official twrp and sideload this zip as decryption is not fixed. Give a try and report , If it bootloops grab the logs ;) Sent from my OnePlus 5T using XDA Labs
