Okay cool. You don't need another "boot.sin" from a German XA firmware, or? But I would need a bit of a tutorial. I have Flashtool, Xperia Companion and Total Commander on phone, if that helps or could install any other software needed.

I would test it too (if more help is needed). I mean, I wipe the whole phone anyway each time it doesn't work, only has some basic apps and my contacts, imported from google. A full wipe would be no problem, again. ^^

Okay, I thought I was the only one. But, yeah, it doesn't work, equal what you erase/wipe whatever after installing SuperSU, it always boots into TWRP again. Xperia Companion and repairing fixed it at least, still with useless bloatware... Just need root for Titanium Backup and Lucky Patcher.

Is there any other way to root? KingRoot doesn't work, spare your time, no method for F3111 yet, at least with latest firmware.

I have the same problem, the guide is also a bit confusing. I'm using a F3111 (F3111_Customized DE_1303-2769_33.2.A.4.70_R3A) and USB-Debugging is on, it's also unlocked with FlashTool and the unlock code. Both (ADB & Fastboot) drivers are installed on my PC (have Xperia Companion and full SDK...

Still nothing, no alternatives to simply start an app (mostly multilingual games) with another language?

Yes, battery is cool here. Deactivate GPS etc., stuff you won't use. Use apps like DU Battery Saver if you want. If nothing to do, the CPUs seem to underclock or stop themself. But it's still a prehistoric lithium-ion battery, no hi-tech area 51 alien cell. Don't expect too much. ^^

Oh I also freezed the bad one of the 2 camera apps (which had less options, I couldn't even select where to save pics & videos, the other on can also use the SDcard only etc.) Also the 2nd gallery app and the file manager, because I use Total Commander, which is far better than anything I ever...

Really? ^^ Okay, a 3rd time: Can I safely uninstall (completely delete it with everything) this piece of uselessness (OTA Updater)? I have freezed it already with Titanium Bkp, but would be nice to delete it, saves space.

So I can remove OTA safely? BTW, on the right side (XDA Portal Posts), I found this thumbnail. It's almost the cropped boot logo.

Yeah, I have the same problem with the boot animation "Cyanogenmod", it's cropped or let's say too big for the screen. Thought it's the "new" logo of cyanogen. :D

I mean, is there any working updater? The "OTA Updater" doesn't seem to recognize the ROM and/or Kernel. My "hope" is your new app "Rom Update Notifier". :D Or is there any allrounder which detect your ROM etc.?

Yeah, I used the 12.1 one. ;) In the end I used the following: - TWRP-2.8.6.1-i9300 - boeffla-kernel-4.0-alpha3-CM12.1-NG-i9300.recovery - 5.1.1-2015-05-06-Stable-Unofficial-CyanogenMod-12.1S-OS12.1-i9300 - AROMA-LP-GAPPS-5.1-20150502 (installed just the basic pack, no extra Google spy apps)...
