thx again for the adivce - device was switched on yesterday in my car while I was working - in the evening I turned on the screen and apparently the display was working/reacting for a minute or so... then back to "no reaction" I think I should flash firmeware and rom - probably its a software...

thx but anyhow i can't be sure that the issue is caused by hardest or software... :( don't want to modify the software or flash anything if there is a hardware issue. in this case i would just send it back. thx u though for your advice. :(
