After flashing via 3.3.1-0, there is no longer any recovery and no boot to twrp possible. Edit: I have to correct:: twrp-3.4.0-0 can only be reached via Power and Vol- buttons, not as usual via the Power- or Reboot-menu. What strikes me: 3.4 less bright.

I am sure that there is no custom-ROM for any Allwinner tablet. There are many stock-ROMs available, but as you said, all drivers have to fit. For my 10" y3 A33, which is obviously cloned, I have a TWRP where a friendly programmer has integrated the appropriate drivers. You won't succeed...
