    Hi, I get exactly the same problem in the Isle of Man (although running a Galaxy Samsung Nexus). I also have a friend with another android phone who also can't get navigation here either. I think it only stopped working for us in December.

    I get the same error. Do I need to have the .img file on the SD card in the same, root folder as well? Do I need to rename the .img file or anything?

    There are various apps in the Google Market that allow you to play FLAC (eg, PowerAMP) and thus it seems like a reasonable thing to leave as an optional add-on.

    Would it be feasible to create some sort of online "knowledge base" to provide support for users of this? I think we'd all like to support AdamG in doing what he does best - perhaps some sort of online tool where we can just copy and paste questions and answers from this thread, and this tool...

    That is a "feature" of Winamp. Turn it off there if you want.

    There's an app called 'NoLock' in the market which will remove the lock screen if you want.

    Apps -> Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Wi-Fi Settings -> Menu button -> Advanced -> Wi-Fi sleep policy -> Never -> ???? -> profit

    The new Winamp program has a setting in it that automatically tells your device to go to USB. If you have Winamp installed, try loading that up and editing the settings appropriately.
