My highest benchmark for quadrant was 2875 on stock 2.3.5.... Since the kernel is the same I don't think different roms will have different benchmarks on this phone. Actual daily usage will be dramatically different then the numbers though.

I agree, cell providers DEFINITELY listen when you file an FCC or Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint. I filed one against Sprint for ETF reasons and I got a phone call from the CEO's office... It is a good way of being heard.

Listen, this petition by itself won't do anything. Nothing short of a public outcry will get Motorola's attention. Luckily we have a lot of social networks (facebook, twitter) to get the job done. It worked with HTC and it can work again.
