For starters, I am a real novice despite the fact that I TowelRooted my Verizon Galaxy S5 about a year ago. I'm running 4.4.2 (Kernel version: 3.4.0; build number: KOT49H.G900VVRU1ANCG) and my phone is sooooo slow with frequent lag. Do I need to unroot? Re-root? Update? I have no idea...
