    Yes, it is normal. I installed everything by OP's instructions and have working FM Radio app.

    I did everything you did, except storage wipe and Magisk (installed it later). My phone is bought in China, in official store, naturally.

    Here FP is working, led notifications are not working. Dual sim controls are working, GPS is much faster. Touch vibration is kind of weak.

    Pixel Exprience is working on my Mi Max 3 originally bought in China, except for the SMS which is unavaliable - there is no app and in contact "text" button is grayed. Currently I'm using AOSiP, really nice and smooth.
