What SuperSU version are you using ? You should install it in systemless mode and make sure there is no su binary left in /bin et /xbin. Also do you have suhide installed and Rootswitch properly working ?

What ROM are you using ? If you wan't Xposed to work with PoGo on MM builds, the better is to get rid of Magisk as it seems to complicate things more other.. also install latest systemless SuperSu, Suhide and Root Switch and 86.2 Xposed Systemless. For me works perfectly on post November...
