    According to Blackberry support website tethering is possible with both USB and Bluetooth. It seems to be an issue with Android. My DS7 is TMO 4G model. I recently upgraded to Honeycomb 3.2 thanks to The Manii. I also tried PDAnet tether but it didn't help.

    It works with my XP laptop via USB after installing BB Desktop application. Maybe there's no app for tethering BB/DS7.

    I called Dell and waited for day. They gave me unlock code on the phone within 5 minutes. No sweat. Make sure you're still with TMO before unlocking. That's it.

    I use Groove IP + Gvoice on my DS7-TMO. Works great for both in/outbound with Wifi and 3/4G. Also use NetTalk or Viber as back up (both are free). Use Heywire or Text+ as SMS. DS7 can now call, receive, send SMS etc.. like a real smart phone.

    Confirmed the app works on stock DS7-TMO without patch. Just DL the app on page 1 to SD card, install et voila. Thanks a bunch guys.

    Go to market and get Groove IP. This app works with Gvoice. Been using for a month now. Good luck.
