It seems that the default music player is still the stock one from Gingerbread. CM6 used a modified stock music player if I remember correctly. I hoping that they bring the improvements from the CM6 player into the Gingerbread one.

Just flashed CM7 nightly 5 from 6.1 Stable. No pressing issues so far. Gonna be using the default kernel and stuff till more builds come out. Baseband-2.15.00.11.19 HBOOT-.92

Doesn't long back press in Internet mean history menu? Won't this conflict or is kill even longer than that?

Honestly, I like having a phone that's different from everyone else's. Sure, people are gonna ask what phone am I using, think its a iPhone knockoff, or attempt to turn it on using the trackball. But those are the amusing parts of having the Droid Incredible.

I'm getting an average of 12 hours on a single charge. It's definitely down from back when I was using Skyraider which iirc was about 16. Like wake up at 8am, have to plug it in at 12am when I had to sleep. Now I have to plug in at like 8pm.

Just did a battery pull on mine. Running 9/10. Happened when I left my Wifi network range.

Strange thing is all my chargers output at 1A. The included HTC one does 1A while the car charger does 1A as well. Also sometimes I'm lazy so I use an iPod charger which also does 1A.

9/10 is running fine right now. I have setcpu between 245-1152 to see if that helps the mp3 lockup problem I had. I am curious though. Is Cyanogenmod supposed to be able to tell the difference between a charger and a computer usb connection? Back in Stock it would not start USB Debugging/Disk...

I had some weird slowdowns/freezing issues in 9/9. Only happened when I was listening to music using the included music player. Had SetCPU overclocking to 1152 and under to 128. Flashed onto 9/10 without wiping and will post updates.

Thanks for the response. I'll give the nightlies a shot tomorrow in that case since it seems like they're making improvements without breaking stuff. It's responses like this that get people to help test stuff out :D.

Not trying to be a jerk. I just think rather than posting "I'm running 9/7" 2-3 times maybe you can provide feedback on how the 9/7 nightly runs so others might be able to input their options/problems. I'm still currently on 6.0.2, whats keeping me from running nightlies is the inconvenience of...

Too bad Samsung is holding those internally for up to a year in their own phones. By the time they release SAMOLED screens to other companies they've probably got something better already.

As an EE that's really inefficient. Belkin USB Micro Charger does 5V @ 1A max. It's marketed as an iPhone/iPod car charger but it does work for the Incredible since it doesn't have any fancy charger lockouts. There is also a 2 output version with a 1A and 500mA plug.
