You can try to install TWRP 3.1.1.0 (It is in Lineage OS 14 theme by ShevT). Then unpack the rom and edit in update-script all n1awifi to lt033g. Replace new update-script with old update-script and flash the rom. I think it will help you.

If you have TWRP 3.1.1.0 and above you should extract update-script from rom and edit all n1awifi to lt033g through Notepad++. Update-script is in META-INF/com/google/android. If you have TWRP 3.0.1.0 and below just flash it .
