    Post [RoM][XWLSZ-4.1.2-JB][SHOstock3 v4.0] [10/13/13]["RiseUp Edition"]

This excites me. My 32gb s4 is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I'm just not sure if rooting immediately will be a good idea. Now I need to figure out how to make this s2 useful. Perhaps I can repurpose it as a handheld backwoods GPS. Sent from my SGH-I777 using xda premium

I'm looking to buy the AT&T S4 next week, so I'll pitch $20 to whoever gets through it.

    Post [RoM][XWLPY-4.0.4-ICS]SHOstock2 v6.2 [11/13/2012](FINAL)

Turns out this may be a bit more complicated. To further diagnose, I fully reset and now cpu spy is showing a little bit of deep sleep (mostly 200mhz), but BBS is reporting very different numbers (mostly deep sleep) and android is reporting very little awake time. I'm beginning to think that...

    Post [RoM][XWLPY-4.0.4-ICS]SHOstock2 v6.2 [11/13/2012](FINAL)

I haven't seen anything here about this... But has anybody noticed that deep sleep is showing unused in cpu spy with 6.0? I'm wondering if it's actually ever entering deep sleep now. Sent from my SGH-I777 using xda premium

    Post [ROM][PORT]LeeDrOiD HD V5.1.2[Sense 3.0][2.3.5]

Do you still have this? Need to change up mods for the GF and this one seems to fit the bill, but she'll kill me if her Genius button stops working.

I don't know if this will be of any use to you, but I just encountered a strange SoD like occurrence on 2/07. I pulled last_kmsg and it was all kinds of garbled. A straight cat of it and tail of it also produces junk on console as well.

    Post [Q] UnNamed Rom

That's a bad idea without some investigation. I would find the right version for any mod. If the affected files weren't changed it should work, but if he actually changed the patches, the incorrect version could really bork your loaded copy up. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I777 using xda premium

    Post [Q] UnNamed Rom

I haven't heard of any reports of people having to. When I did mine, it didn't behave poorly without a wipe, so you should try it. Just be sure to do a nandroid backup first just I'm case. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I777 using xda premium

    Post [In-Call Volume] **FIX** (Finally)

I didn't notice that, but i did notice a new behavior after ending a call with a new menu with options to text, call, or video chat with the contact. Kind of odd. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I777 using xda premium

    Post Sleep of death

With the LoC count where it is and the insane number of logical branches... I'm sure there's a few edge cases that still will result in it. It's unavoidable (and 100% understandable). Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I777 using xda premium

    Post [KERNEL][UV][CWM] Entropy's Daily Driver-GB, 03/07/2012 (Small Fixes))

Haha gotcha. I can't blame you... As a sysadmin by trade, I fully understand what a vital role laziness has ;-) But you could write a release packaging script that does that all automagically for you. Also, do you accept external patches? If so, do you prefer them as pull requests on github or...

    Post [KERNEL][UV][CWM] Entropy's Daily Driver-GB, 03/07/2012 (Small Fixes))

Entropy, I haven't seen this asked or answered on this thread, but I'm curious: Is there any reason you stopped tagging releases in your repo? I was looking at some of the commits to see what you're doing, but seeing release tags would certainly make for good baselines for comparisons...

Post [Q] Help - SGH-I777 in boot loop and it can't get out

This guy is right. The power button is the menu/logo button in that version. The newer version changes that mapping though. You'll likely need to flash the return to stock image. One of them is already prerooted, too! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I777 using xda premium

Post Deenybird's ATT GS2 battery experience + recommendations

Unnamed mod (available in the dev forum) is very stock like with some ics animations, etc. It with entropy kernel offers some of the best battery life around. Debloat is critical since some of the stock bloat is a battery hog. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I777 using xda premium
