Post [ROM] [4.4.2] SlimKat (jordan) [STABLE 4.0] [Weekly 3.85] [Unofficial]

Interesting, I have flashed Slim-mb526-4.4.2.build.4 and I can't get WiFi to work. It lists the WiFi networks, but I'm not able to connect to them. It always tries but can't finish the handshake. Tried 2 different hotspots. Any ideas? Thanks

Have that at the moment also, so unfortunately used to that already :( So no need for "defy_twrp_recovery_2.6.3.0.zip", can't recall which one I have. Is KitKat depending on something? Just flash: defy_safewipe.zip Slim-mb526-4.4.2.build.4-UNOFFICIAL-20140407-2344.zip...

Status of ROM Hi guys, I've read through the thread but could not find any major issues reported. I'm currently on a Quarx CM10 from 20130117, so quite old. Wanted to update to KitKat, but only if there are no major bugs like WiFi dropouts or call drops. Any hints would be great. Thanks...

Post [JB] CM10 Android 4.1.2 for the Defy(+)

Dear all, I saw a lot of discussion about the battery drain on the tweaked Quarx builds like sevenrock's, but while I'm fine having to turn it off at night and recharge it I'm quite annoyed about the network drops during the day. Are these resolved for the people who only report battery problems?

I can only give you the hint to do a full wipe ext4, this solved a lot of instability problems since the system partition never get's cleaned in the usual flash process.

Hi wskelly, thanks for all the work you put in!! Sounds you get a bit overwhelmed with it... :p I can only confirm that it working fine on my 525, except from the known issue that it sometimes hangs in the black screen at startup. But here is something that might help you: I did not have any...
