    ADB= Android Debug Bridge, part of the Android SDK which can be D/Led here: http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html The boot animation and sound works great. I believe this has been stated more than once, but if you have an Incredible, rename the boot animation to VZW_bootanimation.zip...

    Have you tried settings>accounts & sync, see if picasa is listed? If so, tap it then tap remove account. You can also uncheck auto sync in the same location and manually sync your accounts.
