Had a similar problem, My touchscreen went dead. Turn off the phone, plug the usb otg + mouse receiver, turn it on and it should work.

Lumia 1020 to Z5, didn't work [Got stuck on Step 3 where it kept checking sending phone], had to transfer contacts using some random app from Appstore which pulled data through Bluetooth.

Got the Graphite Black Z5 on 11/11, switching from 2+ years of Windows Mobile OS (Lumia 720 & Lumia 1020). Its still sad that they didn't launch the white one in India, its simply magnetic.

I think the sd card is a screw up as I formatted it multiple times on the laptop (Quick format) and even on the phone. I'm asking the shop to replace it with a class 10 32 gig card. I did a search and seems am not the only 1, even Samsung Galaxy S3 users are crying in the toilet with this issue.
