It is charging slowly with QC 3.0 charger.

I'm using redmi note 7 pro, I recently install resurrection remix 8.6.0. But now my phone is charging very slowly I.e. in 1 hour only 3% charge, Anyone Please help me.

Hi i am using redmi note 7 pro. i have recently flashed resurrection remix rom from xda thread. when i boot into fastboot mode, it showing only black screen. and when i enter the command - fastboot devices, the result is - my device is showing in fastboot mode. But no fastboot logo in device...
