    Post [ROM][SHAMU][5.1.1_r18][LVY48F] SAOSP-L UNOFFICAL 9-22-2015

    Thanks! I had flashed the factory images for tmobile 5.1.1 initially but last night flashed this ROM after wiping the device and moving over the ROM and gapps using adb. I really like the ROM quite a bit but did run into the setup issues. One of the problems I found was that when I selected the...

    Post How To Build/Compile An Unaltered 64 bit AOSP 5.1.1_r8 Using Linux Mint 17 - Nexus 9

    First off thanks for the great tutorial. I did this on Debian testing the other day with only minimal changes for the apt-get install part. It took me about 4 hours to sync the repo and about 2 hours to build on my older x220 thinkpad. Well worth it for the learning experience. The best thing...

    Post [ROM] [AOSP 6.0.0] Marshmallicious | volantis/Nexus 9 | WiFi | MRA58N | 2015/11/07

    I've been running this ROM since Craig released it. I thought that a lot of the stuttering and screen redraws went away with 5.1 but after only a day or so this seems to be a bit faster. I still notice things heat up when running chrome a lot. The trusted places seems better but that's more...

    Great update so far Craig. Thanks for the new gapps package. Been running it since last night. Seems quite a bit smoother and apps seem to open faster. Have not seen any of the screen redraws yet that I seemed to get regularly. I think you need some beer☺.

    Post [ROM][5.1][Flounder] Pure AOSP 3/18/15 [LMY47D]

    I was just reading over on Craigs Lollapalozza thread that android 5.1 has some kind of consistency check and he provides a fix that one must flash to get rid of the message. Its in the OP of his thread. Check it out.

    Hi Craig. I noticed when flashing the original ROM and google apps that I get the "google app" has stopped and then everything just stops at Checking Connection. Is this indicative of the problem? Thanks!

    Post [ROM] RASTAPOP[Android 5.1.0_r1 LMY47D] [PRODUCT_DEVICE := flounder](03/20/15)

    Thanks for the heads up on the kernel. Have you happened to try the latest ElementalX kernel? It seems to fix some issues with SELinux and other things. Loved that kernel on my nexus 7 2013 model. Really great features and regular updates.

    Post where are all the ROMs?

    I think there are a few reasons which cause this. One is cost. What we need is a program which makes nexus devices available to developers up front where it costs them nothing or next to nothing. I've thought a few times how this could work and almost wrote a plan up to implement such a thing. A...

    Post [ROM] Euphoria-OS v1.0 [Lollipop 5.0.2][UNOFFICIAL] [D851 ONLY!] UPDATED 03/02/15

    Does the proximity sensor work for everyone? I did a clean flash of the 1.0 and it seems to not give me screen back all the time. Maybe once every three to five calls. I cleared the dialer application data to see if that will help.

    I flashed the latest supersu zip along with the rom and after rebooting and checking out titanium backup, it claimed it could not find root. I returned to the recovery and re-flashed the supersu zip and it works now. Not sure what happened the first time with the root access. I just checked TiBu...

    HI Craig. Thanks for the great ROM for my Nexus 9. Been using your ROMS for awhile since my Nexus 10 days. Just donated. Thanks very much! I just wanted to confirm that things do take awhile and my first try I got the error with TWRP about updating the system binary or whatever it is. Have to...
