After a few weeks of using this case the only thing I hate about it is when you lay it on it's back you can barely hear the speaker. It bothers me so much that I'm not using any case right now. Damn, what a bummer.

I don't have that problem with mine. Actually sometimes I feel that the button is too sensitive.

Yeah mine is plenty loud too. Maybe something wrong with your S4 or the headphones. They have volume boost apps at the Play Store maybe that can help.

Thanks for the comparison review. I have the Neo in Metal Slate and White. I like the Neo but I do realize it is not very protective compared to other cases. I just don't like the added bulky thickness that most cases have. Thanks again!

Trolblivion, Which one do you like better?

I've had my Neo Hybrid Metal Slate for about 2 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. I like it mainly because it not as bulky as most cases and its a nice looking case. The only cons I can think of is the metal slate is darker than what it looks like in the pictures. Peace
