oh ok kinda understand now. What I really wanted was the kit kat experience icons on my lg stock launcher. it costs like $2 dollar in the app store so I didnt want to buy it unless I knew it would work or not on stock. I have nova but I dont want to use it.

so I want the kit kat experience theme found in the playstore to work on my stock lg launcher so I need theme manager to manually port it over? A little bit confused lol.

did you manually add the theme in or does it automatically load up using our stock launcher?

yea I have titanium backup, learning how to use it right now. I'm only rooted though I dont have twrp or cwm installed. Is it a big risk for me to be doing this or do I need them installed because I only plan to root no flash or roms for me.

I had that problem too. I rebooted and it worked.

Would the bloatware you removed be safe to remove from another model? I have the d803 canadian variant and haven't seen a list of safe apps to remove yet.
