Thanks for your answers. I checked battery usage and wakelocks but there are no abnormalities. The highest amount of wake lock is caused by exchange but it doesn't seem to be the culprit of my battery problem. The device is awake only 9% of the time. I found that mobile data causes the drain...

Hello folks, I got a SGS with carbon custom rom. It is running Android 4.2.2 . My battery life is pretty bad, i lose like 30% over night. I already reduced screen brightness but mobile standby still eats a lot of battery. Would a new kernel solve my issue? Can someone recommend one, please...

AW: Can't access Nexus 7 settings post OTA 4.2.2 Update :( You could use carbon to back up your apps and settings. Just don't back up any system data. You don't need root for that.

Awesome! My device is Htc Legend with some Gingerbread custom rom. I'm using fast for facebook with wifi as well as 3g but the problem stays the same.

Some more feedback from me: Your app used to be lightening fast but lately it is very laggy. I can barely scroll and right now it is unusable for me. Wifi tethering does not work on any of the cm 9 based ROMs because there are no drivers.

I dont know if it was mentioned before but answering messages doesn't work most of the time. Pressing the send button just does nothing. Other than that : great app! It has completely replaced the offical one on all my devices. :thumbup:

Alright, flashed this rom yesterday and so far I really like it. It seems very smooth to me and for now, everything's working as it should. Thanks for this great rom!

I'm really impressed by this ROM. It's fast and looks great. However, there's one thing that bothers me : I'd like to use the search button as it's meant to be. As search button, not as on/off. Is that possible? EDIT: found the flashable zip to restore the search function. :thumbup: EDIT2...

In the opening post it says "make sure to overclock it to 807mhz..." Is anyone running this rom with 600 mhz? I'd love to try this rom but I'm afraid of frying my phone. ;)
