hi,im in london on,ive just got a touch dual from bell.
ive tried to hard spl,but cannot.it wont even upgrade to the official htc rom for bell.
have they to your knowledge blocked this phone completely?
i did have a rogers touch 3050 and was always messing with rom upgrades.
is there a special cid unlocker that is not on these forums?
ANY HELP WOULD REALLY BE APPRECIATED.
