Your phone is hard bricked. only way is to open the case and using a wire you need to reset the the Phone. Then only it would be detected in system. this procedure is very difficult as we donot know the exact location of reset points and its very difficult to open the back cover to reach...

Upgrade means ( software update from xolo ) or any custom rom using CWM or TWRP. can you give more details. it will be helpful.

Usb otg support not possible in xolo q1000. i have tried several methods none worked what i figured out is it is related to Kernel. if media tek releases kernel source code then only developer can enable or add this otg feature. I am also following OHD forum they are also unable to do it.
