I am unable to shut the phone down when it is plugged into the charger. It will automatically restarts even though i selected it to shut down. Or when it is off, once i plug in my charger, it will automatically starts up. Anyone facing this?

Ive used that same casing underwater with no problem. Took this in a swimming pool. And this at sea recently. http://youtu.be/ZteNXnUATe4 That cheap casing works like a charm. I was looking for a dedicated G3 waterproof casing too, but none is available. Let me know if you find one!

My battery came earlier today but i was not able to switch the G3 on. When i plugged in the original charger, i get this icon. Any advice?

Yes, the Slimport does work for my D855.
