For most people, the sound may be useless, but I would like to have it. Why, the manufacture, will let me have mp4 video but no sound?. The app will let me play video with sound on lock screen, but the video play on home screen too - no option to play on lock screen only. I admit, I am weird...

I just found 3 apps in google play store that allow playing video with sound on lock screen. Then there is another app with lock screen settings that allow to turn the sound on, but I did not run it as asking for permition to access my phone calls. Why would a app want to make a call?. Look like...
