apparently the speaker didnt work either .. callers couldn't hear me. i went in at 730 when i could escape work, was told the computers were down (they said the same thing yesterday) but i insisted someone look at my phone. .. i ended up leaving with a new one out of the box ::woot woot...

welllll i got a new phone today (tried the paper clip thing too btw lol) and the *&%$#@^ keyboard doesn't work!! i disabled all those ridiculous quick launch keys, but every time i press either 4, r, f, or c (all in the same row mind you) it automatically pops up google search and enters "4rfc,"...

nope .. none of the lights come on or anything. went to sprint at 1230, was out by 1240 .. new phone will be here tuesday. i was pleasantly surprised with sprints customer service. they used to make me want to K I L L them : ) lol
