    Post [ROM] [d85x,ls990,vs985,f400,dualsim] [7.1.2] [LOS-based] **crDroid**v3.8

This is fantastic on my VS985 with OpenGapps Pico. The surprising thing to me is that v1.2 (2016114) has working video in the camera app. I don't know what's different about my install, but lots of people are saying that video doesn't work on 7.1 ROMs, but it does for me, at least once.

Post [Q] Back to the NS: Snappy ROM suggestions?

Wow, the skills do come back, but slowly. I've got TWRP flashed and I downloaded and flashed CM11. It made it through the boot animation and is upgrading apps, so I'd guess I'm pretty home free with my 4.1.2 to 4.4.2 dirty flash. (I imagine simms would have it no other way.) Now to get some...

Thread [Q] Back to the NS: Snappy ROM suggestions?

Greetings again XDA! I've been off smartphones for a while since selling my Nexus 4. Now, I'm back to my original phone, a Nexus S. I'm mostly using it as a podcast player and it's on stock 4.1.2. I'm missing some of the niceties that I was having on Rastakat 4.4 with my Nexus 4. I'm also...

Post [DER KERNEL] Trinity Four (4.2/4.3)

A couple of times in the past week since TF117 came out, my battery has run dead in the early evening. No big deal because I'm home and can just throw it on the charger before bed. I just realized why this has been happening. The battery life is so good with this kernel on Simms default...

Re: [ROM] rasbeanjelly [Android 4.2.1_r1.2 JOP40G] [PRODUCT_DEVICE := mako] It is very hard to know what will happen in the future. But if you mean "is this from the dev's code as it currently is" then the answer is yes. Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app

Post [DER KERNEL] Trinity Four (4.2/4.3)

Re: [DER KERNEL] Trinity Four Trying it now and I do like it better than the default. The auto brightness values will need some adjustments after this though, since it is too dark unless you manually bump it up some. (Although now I get to play with Rascarlo's status bar brightness control.)...

Yes. The jelly Bean OTA didn't change the radio at all. (It did update the bootloader, but I don't know if BM included that update in this ROM.) Sent from my Nexus S using xda app-developers app

    Post [ROM][ICS][AOSP] Bugless Beast (Nightlies)

Me too! I've got the stock OTA, but I am not flashing any other ROM until I see what BuglessPete has in store for us. I know there's already a beast for the GNex, so I bet when the Nexus S binaries get posted, we'll see a build for our device. Sent from my Nexus S using xda-developers app

Post [ROM][STOCK][JRO03E] Official OTA JB 4.1.1 for GSM Nexus S (CWM Flashable) + Extras

Anyone tried the new radio? I appreciate that we have this flashable version that doesn't mess with the radio, but I'm curious about the new one. I know this isn't rolling out to US GSM users yet, but I thought that there was some improvement from the 2.3 radio to the 4.0.4 radio, so has anyone...
