I did factory reset 2 days ago, phone was working like new, but today WiFi problems starts again, no is completely not connecting on my phone only to network, have to use mobile data. I want to keep android 9 but fix those issues, is it any more solutions?

On first day everything seems ok, but now problems with loosing WIFI connection very frequently, and even on mobile data, apps sometimes does not loads. This update is mistake. Can I come back to android 8, with official way without rooting? Or somehow fix this problem?
