Model- ( NA 1/8 KS Dec "Dev"edition ) Firmware/ROM- (20140120 Firmware) App used- CPU-Z Max clock listed by app- 1001(598-1001) Attach a screenshot(lent the device to a friend to check it out so won't have access to the SS for a while)- Neosolidus

Well we are in a pickle! My paper weight also reports 1ghz on stock 20140120. I noticed the 1ghz as soon as i got it but assumed Omate did some ninja changes to the stock firmware to improve battery(limiting the CPU is the quickest and laziest way to improve battery life).
