I installed with a full wipe (including internal sdcard), using latest pico gapps. No issues... I also recently updated my bootloader to Mashmallow, but I doubt that's what makes mine bootup while some bootloop.

You can only dirty flash if you are upgrading from an earlier MM RR Rom. But since you are not, you'll have to do a full wipe (clean install) before going back to MM RR... I also delete the Android directory in my SDCard as well...
