Post [ROM] H932 Oreo v20o - stock - keeps TWRP

That's the thing though. I don't have any modules installed at all. It just fails after a few minutes.

Post [ROM] H932 Oreo v20o - stock - keeps TWRP

Confirmed it works. But now I am trying to figure out how to go back to Nougat because I'm having tons of problems getting SafetyNet to work in Oreo. But restoring my Nougat TWRP backup just causes it to bootloop.

Post Magisk General Support / Discussion

I had Magisk working fine on Nougat, but after upgrading to Oreo today, it has SafetyNet problems. On a fresh boot, it'll pass SafetyNet, but after about 1-3 minutes, it no longer passes unless I reboot. ---------- Post added at 07:02 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:02 PM ---------- I...

Post [ROM] H932 Oreo v20k - stock - keeps TWRP

I had no problems before updating to 20k, and even with hide enabled, it didn't work. Which is why I thought it might be appropriate to post here.

Boot, System, Data. And those are the ones I am restoring too. EDIT: Got everything up and running for the most part. On a fresh boot, Magisk shows that SafetyNet is passed, but after a couple minutes, it no longer passes until I reboot again. And all I have installed is Systemizer.

Post [ROM] H932 Oreo v20k - stock - keeps TWRP

Is this 20k more stable (such as the bluetooth issues) than the 20o update? The main reason I wanted to go from Nougat to Oreo is that I read somewhere that Xposed can be installed in Oreo and still pass SafetyNet, but seems like that is not the case. Does Oreo have many other huge benefits...

    Post [ROOT] H932 - lafploit 1.5 up to v20a

I'm just curious. I did the oreo update after I set up some apps on my phone, my launcher, etc. And then I did a TWRP backup of everything. But during the Oreo update, I accidentally wiped with stock Recovery, but now I am back to TWRP/Magisk running, but fresh OS again. Is it possible to...

Post [ROM] H932 Oreo v20o - stock - keeps TWRP

So I ended up dirty flashing this over 10d. And I booted into the OS to check if it worked (Magisk was still there but couldn't install), so I tried going back into TWRP using the key combo, but it did not work; instead it erased the phone back to a clean 20o. However, my laf TWRP was still...

So question. I thought the no-verity-opt-encrypt-6.0 removed the "Unlocked Bootloader" warning? I managed to flash it in TWRP but it doesn't remove it. Unless I am wrong. Also, I'm trying to do this step, but when I go to TWRP>ADB Sideload, it does not see any devices.

Just curious, when is the time you unlock the bootloader? Like first step, or after you do the downgrades/laf flash?

Will they even honor warranty if I already unlocked the bootloader?

I think I hard-bricked as well. But I'm pretty sure I know why. When I had to flash the kdz (second-round), I accidentally chose the 933 kdz again. Welp, new phone time I guess
