Updated to 10.0.27 then used 10.0.25 magisk boot img to root and lost wifi, I believe it's cause of the using the .25 boot so if anyone backed up their .27 boot img and can post it I would appreciate it.

You're on a version of oos that doesn't allow that command. I had the issue on 9.5.3. upgraded to 9.5.4 and was able to run the command for twrp

Download and apply a dark theme off the theme store and it will turn the settings and toggles all dark.
