Doesn't Verizon's Note 3 have GSM radios to make it "Global Ready"? I guess I was wondering if the GSM and CDMA radios were on the same chip so Samsung has the same internal hardware for all US carriers but the carriers activate (using the SIM card) the bands they use.

Call me stupid but I'd like to know, what stops me from using a T-Mobile Note 3 on Verizon? Does it not have the CDMA radios or does Verizon just block it?

Maybe I'm naive but do they unlock the bootloader if you buy it full price off-contract?

I figured full price at the start but thought to ask you guys because someone might find a deal/special.

I want to move back to Android after a stint with Windows Phone 8. Where can I get the cheapest price for the Verizon Note 3 off-contract? The Verizon online store has it for $700.
