You can use AppBrain \ Titanium backup for this. For TB, I label them as important and when I get a new phone, I just need to restore them.

What's your installation steps? Here's mine: -Installed Omega v29. (tried out restoring tit backup and all FCs) -Installed Agni (Apps don't FCs from tit backup but camera can't connect) WTF. lol. I freakin love this kernel cause it's VERY battery saving. -_-'
