Do a full backup first. For me this works every time: From recovery wipe cache/dalvik/system/vendor Install update Reboot to recovery Install magisk/bitgapps/kernel/magisk (if u use any of this) Reboot to system.

Bitgapps is good too, official open gapps gave me a bootloop as well.

What's worked for me so far with other roms (I haven't flashed this yet) is to wipe cache/dalvic/system/vendor then install update then reinstall magisk if you're using it. Also reinstall gapps depending on the rom, not sure if they're included here or not. I've had good luck with bitgapps...

Why would you assume those are common problems? I'm on pe+ and I have none of those issues. Netflix I have no idea. That user probly needs to clean flash and start from scratch.
