Hi guys It looked like the automatic location based server selection in India results in the Hyderabad server. I've noticed this results in download speeds around 100-150kBps. If you can switch to any other server, you might get better ones. I got 1.5 to 2 MBps with others. Give it a shot.

I think you should do fastboot erase userdata and then in the twrp recovery you have to format
