Post [ROM] fRomFuture - Stock Rom L29 (B179)

Coming from B156 firmware, with Magisk 13.0 already in use, I decided to try flashing this ROM without wiping anything before. I experienced some random application hangs initially, but then, after wiping the cache, everything runs smoothly. Great ROM, thank you!!!!

Post [GUIDE]P10/P10+ root with magisk & SN verified/installing firmware

I don't know. But you can create a backup of the data partition using FlashFire, which you can then restore using TWRP. After the restore, I think the partition is no longer encrypted.

Post [GUIDE]P10/P10+ root with magisk & SN verified/installing firmware

You may recover from a reboot with Magisk Hide enabled, no need to wipe your data: 1. Boot into TWRP 2. Go to Advanced->Terminal 3. Go to folder data/property 4. You need to edit/overwrite the file persist.magisk.hide, so that the contained "1" becomes "0" Rebooting after that, will allow your...

Post [ROM] [KERNEL] [G92X] [MM] [PGW] [AROMA] [OTA] TYRANNUS ROM v29.1 (28/08/2016)

Actually, I have done exactly that (from 2.1 deo), no problems for the moment. Great ROM, keep up the good work. One question: is there any chance of disabling the warning when turning off mobile data?

Unfortunately your microSD is probably damaged. It has switched to an internal read-only mode, which I don't think there is any way out of. I have had this with any 64GB card I used with two different i9505's. All other card sizes have worked fine for me. Normally your card should be under...

    Post which Data Monitoring App?!

Data Counter Widget seems to work fine for me. Also 3G Watchdog, and TrafficCounter are nice.

    Post problem with sprite backup

Hello. Yes, what you did is not possible, phone freeze is normal. In order to do a hard reset, reset the phone (red button under the stylus) and immediately keep the volume down and the central round button (enter) pressed (you have to do that before the logo appears on the screen). The...

Indeed, I know it was not there before as I have been mainly using your ROMs. Looking forward to flash this ROM again as soon as a fix is found. For your reference, the handsfree used was the Jabra JX10 series 2.

Bluetooth issue Hello Vic, Great ROM, quite fast too, thanks! I have come across a problem with bluetooth, however: If bluetooth is enabled and a BT handsfree is paired, the first time (after a reboot) a call is placed, everything works fine; when the next call is placed (or received) the...

Post Keeping software when upgrading rom

SPB definitely works. I would suggest unticking the "overwrite" box when selecting ROM upgrade mode.

Post Dual SIM - two lines business and personal

Hi. I am not sure how exactly this is achieved, but it is available in Vic's ROMs. So, you could install one of those (which are actually quite good in my opinion). You could also take a backup of your device with this ROM (e.g. with SPB backup) and then, after flashing the ROM of your choice...

Great ROM! Related question Hi Vic, great job with the 20753 ROM, really fast and stable. I would like to ask you, if you don't mind sharing this knowledge, which registry setting is that makes the active SIM line name appear together with the operator name on the TF3D home screen. Thanks...
