When people are asking if they can restore data, do they mean when it asks you to restore data during the new device set-up? If so, should we do that or no?

Yep, ended up just doing that. Everything's re-installing, but I sent a message and it worked. Not what I wanted to do, but it fixed it.

Is it just me, or is anyone else having problems with themes? Whenever I go to apply a theme, and it reboots my phone, I get a bootloop and have to restore. Doesn't matter if it has a animation or not, they always bootloop. And I wait like 20 minutes, so it is a for sure bootloop.

Is anyone else having a problem with boot loops? I'll do a full wipe, flash the ROM and Gapps, change the DPI, and set up everything the way I want it. And then randomly, like three or four restarts later, I get a boot loop.

If we were to flash from the other CM build in the pac-man ROM, to this ROM, do we need to do a full wipe? Or can you just flash over the top like it's an update? Not sure how different these two builds are.
