I don't know but I don't think you'll need to do that step? I just unlocked my bootloader and rooted the phone with the latest version of WPInternals. But don't take my word for it... I've just started with Windows flashing :)

Hi, I had a similar issue and did a reboot in to the CWM by holding power, volume up and the "search button" (?) the right one any way. Then did a wipe/factory reset.
